In 2015, founder and owner Shannon Anello left a successful career in marketing and advertising to pursue her lifelong dream—working with animals. What started as a solo venture quickly grew, and within just six months, she hired her first employee. Today, the company has expanded to a team of over 30 dedicated part-time and full-time employees.

 

By 2019, Shannon took her passion a step further, opening a state-of-the-art pet resort to provide top-tier care for pets. Along the way, she became certified in pet CPR and dog training, ensuring the highest level of safety and expertise in every service offered.

 

Now, in 2025, the business is reaching new heights with an exciting decision to franchise, bringing its trusted pet care services to even more communities. With a comprehensive range of offerings—including dog walking, in-home pet sitting, doggie daycare, lodging, grooming, training, and more—the company is built on a business model focused on quality care, customer trust, and a deep love for animals.
